Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Brush Salon, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and services. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we are happy to accommodate such requests. However, please note that all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Brush Salon, whether it was a personal purchase or a gift, you may return new or gently used products for an exchange if returned within 30 days of the original purchase, in most cases. Returns made between 31 and 60 days after the purchase date are eligible for online credit (if returned by mail) or store credit (if returned in-store). In order to complete a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please be aware that Brush Salon monitors return activity, and if we identify excessive or potentially fraudulent return behavior from a customer, we reserve the right to refuse any future returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Brush Salon's discretion. It is important to note that all hot tools and sale items are final sale, and they are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any Brush Reward points associated with refunded purchases will be removed when the refund transaction is processed.
Return Shipping Process:
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We cannot guarantee a successful return if this process is not followed. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
When shipping the product back to us, please include your order confirmation to help us identify and process your return efficiently. We strongly recommend purchasing a tracking number for your shipment, as Brush Salon will not be held responsible for any packages lost in transit.
All products undergo individual quality checks before leaving our warehouse. We take great care in packaging and entrust reliable shipping providers for delivery. However, if a refund is warranted, please note that it can only be issued to the original payment method or credit card used for the initial purchase.
