Processing times typically range from 1 to 4 business days, with a possible delay during weekends, holidays, or special promotions. Brush Salon is not liable for any delays caused by shipping couriers or unforeseen circumstances. In some instances, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, each with a unique tracking number.
Brush Salon now offers Free Shipping on orders $150+.
Please note that packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, except on Canadian federal holidays. Shipments do not occur on weekends or the following holidays:

Please ensure that the provided delivery address is accessible during regular business hours (preferably a business address) to guarantee the secure delivery of your parcel. Brush Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels after they have been dispatched.
Card for Pick-Up Option:
For orders exceeding $200, Brush Salon may request that the customer pick up the parcel in person using a card for pick-up. This ensures the secure delivery of high-value packages and minimizes the risk of loss or theft during transit.

Taxes & Duties:
Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties upon delivery.
Shipments that remain unclaimed or are rejected by the customer for any reason will be returned to Brush Salon. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.
Changes to Orders:
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to it. If you need to make changes before shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
