PROCESSING

Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 1-4 business days. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Further, we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control. Orders may be processed in 2 shipments for a faster delivery time, in this case the customer will receive 2 tracking numbers.

We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

Brush Salon is now offering Free Shipping on orders $150+ to all BC residents and Free Shipping on orders $200+ to all other provinces within Canada.

We ship directly from our distribution center and delivery times are based on the destination. All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following Canadian holidays:

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.

Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.

At Brush Salon, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure the safe delivery of your orders. To maintain the integrity of our shipping process and protect high-value shipments, we have implemented a policy for orders that exceed $200 or more. In such cases, Brush Salon, at its own discretion, may request the parcel to be picked up in person using a card for pick-up option. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility: Orders with a total value of $200 or more, before taxes and shipping fees, are subject to this policy.

  2. Card for Pick-Up Option: Brush Salon may request the customer to pick up their order in person from a designated location using a card for pick-up. This option helps ensure the secure delivery of high-value packages and mitigates the risk of loss or theft during transit.

  3. Notification: If your order meets the eligibility criteria, Brush Salon will contact you through the email or phone number provided during the checkout process. We will inform you about the card for pick-up requirement and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Pick-Up Process: To retrieve your order, you must visit the designated location stated in the notification. Please bring the following items with you:

    • A valid government-issued identification card (e.g., driver's license, passport).
    • The original order confirmation email or a printed copy of the order confirmation.
  5. Proxy Pick-Up: If you are unable to personally pick up your order, you may designate another individual to retrieve it on your behalf. To authorize a proxy pick-up, you must provide a signed letter of authorization along with a copy of your identification and the proxy's identification.

  6. Timeframe: The notification will include the deadline for pick-up. Please ensure that you collect your order within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order and a refund according to our refund policy.

  7. Refunds and Returns: If you decide not to proceed with the card for pick-up option and prefer a refund instead, please contact our customer service team. We will review your request and initiate the refund process in accordance with our refund policy.

  8. Policy Discretion: Brush Salon reserves the right to exercise its discretion in determining when to request the card for pick-up option. We may consider factors such as the nature of the products, shipping destination, and other relevant circumstances to ensure the safety and security of your order.

By placing an order with Brush Salon, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this shipping policy.

Taxes & Duties

Please note for all international orders, the customer will be responsible for any taxes and duties upon delivery.

Rejected shipments

Shipments failed to be claimed or rejected by the customer for any reason will be returned to Brush Salon. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

Changes to orders

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been shipped. To add or to make changes to orders before they are shipped, please contact us at bookings@brushsalon.ca. 

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, we will charge a $5.00 CAD return fee and issue a store credit for the remaining amount. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to redirect your order to the correct address. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered to the incorrect address you provided.
