At our salon, we're proud to be going the extra mile for both beauty and the planet. That’s why we've teamed up with Blue Dot Recycling, a dedicated Metro Vancouver zero-waste partner that ensures 100% of our salon-generated materials—including hair clippings, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, spent chemicals, and all containers—are either recycled or composted, rather than ending up in landfills
As part of our commitment to sustainability, an eco-fee is applied at checkout for salon services at the salon to help support responsible waste management:
- Haircut or Styling Only: $4.
- Chemical, Extensions, or Colour Services: $6.

Here’s how your salon waste is given a second life:
- Hair clippings can be used to help clean up oil spills, as hair naturally absorbs oil, or composted to enrich soil.
- Foils and color tubes are recycled so aluminum can be reused indefinitely.
- Aerosol cans, plastics, and glass containers are properly sorted and reprocessed into new materials.
- Leftover hair color and chemicals are treated responsibly to prevent harmful substances from entering waterways.
- Paper and cardboard are recycled through local facilities.
