Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (launches, holidays), processing may take up to 4 business days. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery and handling are managed by the carrier.
Once a package has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping provider:
- Brush Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise undelivered packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Delivery timelines, scans, and tracking are controlled by the shipping provider, and delivery records (including “delivered” scans) are considered the carrier’s evidence of fulfillment.
- Customers must ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, accessible, and able to safely receive packages.
Shipping
Brush Salon offers Free Shipping on orders of $150+ for BC residents and Free Shipping on orders of $200+ for all other provinces within Canada.
Orders are shipped directly from our distribution center. Delivery times depend on the destination and do not account for potential customs delays.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays. Packages do not ship on weekends or on the following holidays:

- Good Friday
- Easter Monday*

- Civic Holiday / British Columbia Day
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day

Shipping Protection
Our Shipping Protection Plan is designed to offer peace of mind for your orders. By adding this optional coverage to your purchase, you’re protected against lost or damaged packages.
What the Shipping Protection Covers:
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and replace your order at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you can file a claim for a replacement or store credit. Please provide clear photos of the damaged package and products for verification.
With our Shipping Protection Plan, you can shop with confidence knowing your order is covered!
Please Note: To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as a workplace or home where someone is present during delivery hours. We also encourage you to track your package and be aware of the expected delivery date, as we cannot be held liable for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Authority to Leave
Please provide a delivery address where someone is available during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure secure delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left in a secure location.*
Please note: Brush Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Brush Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier. Brush Salon may assist with initiating an investigation but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements unless the carrier confirms fault.
Taxes and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties upon delivery.
Rejected Shipments
Shipments that are unclaimed or rejected by the customer will be returned to Brush Salon. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, including product modifications or shipping updates. We cannot combine orders or adjust items after an order has been submitted.
If an order is returned due to an insufficient address, a $5.00 CAD return fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to redirect the shipment to the correct address. Brush Salon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
