The product cost is listed as "Cost of Product" on your receipt.

Consultation Requirement
A consultation is mandatory for all coloring services to ensure we fully understand your hair goals and expectations.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To achieve the best results, please arrive with clean, dry, and manageable hair. We recommend washing it 12-24 hours before your appointment to remove any excess buildup, allowing your stylist to work on a fresh canvas.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients, we require a credit card to secure your appointment.
- Rescheduling or cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
