The Caprauna turnip extract in VOLU was harvested from the farm of Mrs. Donatella Ferrais in Caprauna, Cuneo, Italy as part of Slow Food Presidia. Turnips are great sources of phosphorus, iron, calcium and vitamins A, B and C.
