For classic style and volume, the ghd curve® classic curl iron has a 1" medium barrel with spring activated ergonomic lever to create consistent curls, even on shorter hair. The protective cool tip provides you with a safe place to hold the hair in place while you curl, and the built-in safety stand allows you to place the iron down securely during styling.

Other handy features include a professional-length cord to allow for flexible styling, automatic sleep mode after 30 minutes without use and universal voltage, so you can use your iron anywhere in the world.

Product Description

Each ghd curve® iron contains the breakthrough ultra-zone technology that guarantees the right curling temperature of 365°F. This is maintained across the whole barrel thanks to the latest in advanced technology recognizing the section of hair and adapting to ensure the correct styling temperature at all times; delivering lasting curls that are formed fast and stay locked-in, while respecting the health of your hair.

Best for: Suitable for all hair types and lengths, including short hair.

To use: For long-lasting, classic curls; section the hair into 1" wide and deep pieces. Open the clamp and flat wrap the hair around the barrel. Close the clamp to secure the end of the hair in place. Wait 5-8 seconds and then open the clamp to release. Alternatively, to create a luxe wave; section the hair as before but instead twist wrap the hair around the barrel. Hold the hair in place for 5-8 seconds (the clamp may not close completely due to the twisted section of hair being thicker) and then release.

Style tip: Use the ghd curl hold spray to prep hair before curling - this will protect your hair from heat styling, and ensure your curls are long-lasting. For a sleek, glamorous look; curl all sections of hair in the same direction. For a more volumized look; alternate from wrapping sections of hair under and over the barrel to create curls that bounce off each other. Use a ghd detangle comb to soften the hair or a ghd dressing brush to smooth your curls.

The Warranty covering electrical hair tools MUST be registered on www.ghdhair.com within 30 days of purchase.

You MUST retain your receipt to be eligible for warranty. We require digital images of the styling tool as well as a copy of your original receipt. In cases involving replacements, payment will be required to cover the shipping and handling costs (price dependent on your location). Hair styling tools (please refer to paperwork or website product information).

If your product is not working properly because of a manufacturer’s defect and the warranty terms and conditions are met, your styling tool will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to styling tools that have been tampered with, altered or repaired by an unauthorized GHD agent or the manufacturer.

PROCESSING

Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 1-4 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business.

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Further, we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control. Orders may be processed in 2 shipments for a faster delivery time, in this case the customer will receive 2 tracking numbers.

We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

SHIPPING 

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99+. We ship directly from our distribution center and delivery times are based on the destination. These are estimated delivery times and do not include possible customs delays.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE  

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a secure location*. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note for all international orders, the customer will be responsible for any taxes and duties upon delivery.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

Shipments failed to be claimed or rejected by the customer for any reason will be returned to Brush Salon. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed – this includes product changes and shipping changes. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. 

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, we will charge a $5.00 CAD return fee and issue a store credit for the remaining amount. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to redirect your order to the correct address. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered to the incorrect address you provided.


 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS POLICY

Due to health and safety regulations, we are no longer able to accept any exchanges or returns for online or in salon purchases. If you received a damaged parcel, please email us at admin@brushsalon.ca.

    Please do not return damaged product without first contacting our customer service team. We cannot guarantee a return if this process is not followed. To start your return process, please contact us: admin@brushsalon.ca

    We will provide a return address. In your return please include your order confirmation. We also suggest purchasing a tracking number as we will not be responsible for you package if it is lost in transit.

    REFUND POLICY

    All products are individually quality checked before leaving our warehouse, shipped in protective packaging and delivered with a trusted shipping provider. 

      A refund will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:

      • If you changed your mind;
      • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
      • If you decided you did not like the product;
      • If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
      • If you have no use for the product.
      • Any hot styling tools that is not damaged or deemed faulty.

      If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, you will not be refunded and any costs that were incurred to return the product(s) for review will not be refunded.

      Please be aware that refunds can only be made to the payment method or credit card used for the original purchase.
