Bain Fluidéaliste Sulfate Free Hair Shampoo is an ultra-gentle formula designed to tame hair in need of manageability. It is ideal for very sensitized, color treated or chemically treated hair thanks to its sulfate free formula. The hair fiber is gently coated smoothing agents to ensure the hair surface is smoother, making hair more manageable and protected from frizz-inducing factors.

Shipping

We offer 3 shipping methods via Canada Post starting from $11.33 CAD

  1. Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days)
  2. Xpresspost (1-3 business days).
  3. Canada Post Priority (1-3 business days).

We also offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.

International orders are typically shipped via Canada Post. For an estimated cost on shipping and tax, please visit the cart or checkout page. Please note that shipping does not include duties and taxes as these vary by country.

Returns

Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund shipping charges.
