We offer 3 shipping methods via Canada Post starting from $11.33 CAD
- Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days)
- Xpresspost (1-3 business days).
- Canada Post Priority (1-3 business days).
We also offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.
International orders are typically shipped via Canada Post. For an estimated cost on shipping and tax, please visit the cart or checkout page. Please note that shipping does not include duties and taxes as these vary by country.
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund shipping charges.

Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 1-4 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business.
We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Further, we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control. Orders may be processed in 2 shipments for a faster delivery time, in this case the customer will receive 2 tracking numbers.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99+. We ship directly from our distribution center and delivery times are based on the destination. These are estimated delivery times and do not include possible customs delays.

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a secure location*. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note for all international orders, the customer will be responsible for any taxes and duties upon delivery.REJECTED SHIPMENTS
Shipments failed to be claimed or rejected by the customer for any reason will be returned to Brush Salon. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a store credit.CHANGES TO ORDERS
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed – this includes product changes and shipping changes. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order.
If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, we will charge a $5.00 CAD return fee and issue a store credit for the remaining amount. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to redirect your order to the correct address. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered to the incorrect address you provided.
RETURNS AND REFUNDSRETURNS POLICY
Due to health and safety regulations, we are no longer able to accept any exchanges or returns for online or in salon purchases. If you received a damaged parcel, please email us at email@example.com.
Please do not return damaged product without first contacting our customer service team. We cannot guarantee a return if this process is not followed. To start your return process, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will provide a return address. In your return please include your order confirmation. We also suggest purchasing a tracking number as we will not be responsible for you package if it is lost in transit.REFUND POLICY
All products are individually quality checked before leaving our warehouse, shipped in protective packaging and delivered with a trusted shipping provider.
A refund will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:
- If you changed your mind;
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
- If you decided you did not like the product;
- If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
- If you have no use for the product.
- Any hot styling tools that is not damaged or deemed faulty.
If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, you will not be refunded and any costs that were incurred to return the product(s) for review will not be refunded.
Please be aware that refunds can only be made to the payment method or credit card used for the original purchase.
