What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, hair extensions and more.

Do you take walk-ins or are appointments necessary?

We encourage clients to make appointments to ensure we can accommodate everyone's needs. However, we do welcome walk-ins based on availability.

What are your salon hours?

10am to - 7pm on Tuesday to Friday.

10am to 6pm on Saturday to Sunday.

Do you have parking available?

Yes! Our East Vancouver location offers free parking outside the salon from 10 am on weekdays, as well as on weekends. Additionally, our Gastown location has parking outside the salon, as well as a parkade conveniently located across from the salon.

What products do you use in the salon?

We take pride in using a selection of premium, cruelty-free, clean, and sustainable products at our salon. Our focus on ethical and environmentally conscious brands ensures that your salon experience aligns with our commitment to both your well-being and the planet.

What is your cancellation policy?

BRUSH salon requires a credit card number to reserve your appointment. We understand you have a busy schedule and we are more than happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, this will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, or a no-show, will be charged at the full price of your scheduled service.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards which can be purchased for specific services or a dollar amount. They make a perfect gift for your loved ones to enjoy a pampering experience at our salon.

Can I bring my child to the salon?

While we love having families at our salon, we recommend arranging childcare during your appointment to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients.

Can I bring my dog to the salon?

Absolutely! We are a pet-friendly salon and welcome your furry friends. However, for the comfort and safety of all our clients, we kindly ask that your dog is friendly with other animals and remains leashed at all times. We look forward to meeting your adorable companion!

What should I wear to my appointment?

At Brush Salon, we strive to provide the best service to our customers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience during every visit. To maintain the quality of our services and to safeguard your personal belongings, we kindly request clients to refrain from wearing expensive or delicate clothing while receiving hair treatments.

Hair chemicals and products used during various services may unintentionally come into contact with clothing, potentially causing stains. Brush Salon will not be held liable for any damage or stains to personal clothing items. We recommend wearing comfortable, casual attire during your appointment to enhance your overall experience.
