Can I exchange my product?

Due to health and safety regulations, we are no longer able to accept any exchanges for online or in salon purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product or received a damaged parcel, please email us at

What shipping methods are available?

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel - 1 to 7 business days.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost - 1 to 3 business days - Not Available at this time.
  • Canada Post Priority - 1 to 3 business days - Not Available at this time.
We offer complimentary expedited parcel delivery on all orders over $99 within 1 to 7 business days. 
Purchases are delivered in an custom Brush box filled with biodegradable filling, with the exception of certain items.

How long will it take to get my package?

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. International orders are typically shipped via Canada Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship all over Canada and the US. For international destinations please email admin@brushsalon for orders.

Does my order come with a tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, we will send an email with tracking information. Click on the link to track your package. Please note it may take up to 48 hrs for your tracking number to be activated after your order has been processed.

How can I reach your customer service team and when should I expect a response?

For customer service inquiries only, please email Our Customer Service team is available M-F 8am - 5pm pst. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.
