WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
  • Complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $99 within 1 to 7 business days.
  • In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available.
  • Purchases are delivered in an custom Brush box filled with biodegradable filling, with the exception of certain items.
  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note we are closed on Sundays and holidays.
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel - 1 to 7 business days.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost - 1 to 3 business days 
  • Canada Post Priority - 1 to 3 business days

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover. You can also pay with your PayPal account or a Visa Debit Card if you don't have a credit card.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Each transaction processed utilizes the latest industry standards for secure online credit card processing. Secure servers and SSL protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the entire ordering process.  Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
For your security credit card information is never stored at brushsalon.ca and is never accepted via email.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Easily as 1,2,3. Find your product and select "add to cart" or "buy now" and follow the easy instructions. 
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. Customers will be able to check out with a customer account or as a guest. But we advise you to create an account & enjoy the benefits of registering. 
  • Order: view Order History, track and manage purchases and returns.
  • Address Book and Card Wallet: safely store delivery and payment details for faster checkout
  • Saved for later: wish list your preferred items and track their availability

  • All orders are exchange or credit only within 14 days of receiving  the item. 
  • Should the product be damaged or broken, we will happily replace the item.
